Job Description
The company is looking for a Fishing Boat Manager Captain to manage up to 70+ foot marine vessel and up to 20 man crew on 15-25 day voyages to pursue Caribbean Lobster (crawfish), fish, conch and stone crab claws and other seafood products. The successful candidate must be able to plan and supervise the entire fishing trip/expedition.
Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 per year

The company is looking to hire a skilled Marine Mechanic to inspect, manage, service and repair its marine vessel feet. The fleet consists of 2 and 4 stroke engine skiffs (Boston Whalers, Blue Runners, Rahming’s Crafts, etc) and larger fishing expedition boats up to 70+ with diesel engines, up to 40 kWh generators, hydraulic outriggers, freezer units, etc.
